HVAC Systems: Strong knowledge of HVAC systems and their role in building operations.

Networking Protocols: Strong familiarity with basic networking protocols relevant to BMS, such as BACnet and Modbus.

Cost Estimation: Familiar with basic cost estimation principles and the ability to assist in analyzing Bills of Quantities (BOQ).

Technical Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and possesses basic Plc and  scada skills.

IT Support & Troubleshooting: Basic knowledge of Python and c along with familiarity with basic design software, enabling me to assist with basic IT support and troubleshooting.

Education: Bachelor of Engineering in Electronics and Communication Engineering [Anna University India , 2020-2024]

Relevant Project: Vision-Based Fire Detection System: Developed a fire detection system using deep learning algorithms and computer vision techniques. This project involved data collection, circuit designing, cost estimation, model training, and system implementation.

Currently on a transferable work visa in Qatar and available for immediate joining without any delay.
