Description
· Processing incoming & outgoing mails.
· Creating and distributing documents.
· Providing customer service to organization employees.
· Processing payroll, which includes ensuring vacation and sick time are tracked in the system through ERP and Fusion.
· Answering payroll questions.
· Maintaining current HR files and databases.
· Completing termination/Resignation paperwork.
· Handling external and internal communication.
· Handling accommodation facilities to new employees.
· Managing all ERP & Fusion Admin Services such as Accommodation maintenance Vehicle request etc.
· Management of office equipment.
· Maintaining a clean and enjoyable working environment.
· Maintaining petty cash expenses.
· Verifying Supplier Invoices.
· Submitting invoices in finance department for payments.
· Follow up till payment done.
· Maintaining all records in excel as well as in ERP & Fusion.
· Generating Invoice in word and ERP & Fusion submitting to client.
· Follow up for Payment from clients & Generating Receipts through ERP & Fusion.
· Requesting PR by ERP and Fusion.
· Follow up after Quotation to, PO, Delivery & Payments.
· Maintaining Costing Sheet as per the projects
