• Knowledge in Civil, Structural, Building engineering, costing analysis, risk assessment, safety standard protocol
• Knowledge in project management, estimation and implementing integrated management system
• Knowledge in materials and specification standard requirements packages
• Know how to handle manpower and proper distribution of workers at site
• knowledge in monitoring and maintenance scheduling of the project and site facilities
• Knowledge in project management, engineering value, cost management, planning management, contract administration, safety management, subcontract management, material management and quality management
• High proficient in MS Office Application
• Very good communication skills both oral and written to deal with architect, QS and other Engineers

Experience with: - Joinery Factory - Wood works - Interior design - Construction Bachelor's degree in Civil engineering or equivalent Moroccan nationality preferred
