Description
Looking for a PA with at least 1 to 2 years having local experience. Duties and Responsibility
· Answer all incoming calls, emails and handle caller’s inquiries whenever possible.
· Re-direct calls as appropriate and take adequate messages when required.
· Greet, assist and/or direct clients to ensure satisfaction.
· Receive, direct and relay telephone messages and fax messages.
· Preparing Quotations for enquiries when requested
· Flexible & multi task
· Support and facilitate the completion of regular reports
· Check frequently the levels of office supplies and place appropriate orders
· Undertake receptionist duties.
· Can start immediately
· Salary will be discussed during the interview
Requirements:
· Proven work experience as a receptionist & administrative assistant
· Familiarity with office organization and optimization techniques
· Proficient skill in written & verbal communication skills & typing in English
· Proficient Computer Skills: MS Office (Word. Excel, PowerPoint Outlook)
