Key Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing or a related field.
• Proven experience in Marketing, Sales or Account Management in a Manpower Agency, Staffing Consultancy or Recruitment Industry (Mandatory).
• Strong understanding of Qatar's labor market, business landscape and regulatory requirements.
• Excellent communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills.
• GCC experienced candidates with experience in the Middle Eastern markets are preferred.
• Excellent communication skills in English and Arabic preferred.
