We are looking for a polished and professional Receptionist to join our team and be the first point of contact for our valued customers.

Role Overview:
As the Receptionist, you will play a key role in creating a welcoming and luxurious experience for our clients. You will be responsible for managing the front desk, scheduling appointments, and providing exceptional customer service to ensure every client feels valued and well-cared for.

Key Responsibilities:
- Greet clients warmly and professionally upon arrival. 
- Manage incoming calls, emails, and inquiries with a high level of professionalism. 
- Schedule and coordinate client appointments for fittings and consultations. 
- Maintain a tidy and organized reception area. 
- Assist with client follow-ups and reminders for appointments. 
- Support the tailoring team with administrative tasks as needed. 
- Handle client inquiries and provide information about our services and products. 
- Process payments and maintain accurate records.

What We’re Looking For: 
- Previous experience in a receptionist or customer service role, preferably in a luxury or retail environment. 
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. 
- A polished and professional appearance. 
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and basic administrative tools. 
- A passion for delivering exceptional customer service. 
- Interest in fashion and tailoring is a plus.
