- Conduct market research and analyze data to identify trends and opportunities.
- Evaluate and improve workflows in logistics, supply chain, and sales.
- Develop KPIs and dashboards for performance monitoring.
- Recommend cost-saving strategies and support budget alignment.
- Implement and optimize ERP and CRM systems.
- Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and manage risk.
- Analyze key operational metrics and provide actionable insights to the COO.
- Support the CTO in evaluating and implementing technological solutions.
- Track and report on operational and technological initiatives.
- Research emerging technologies and their applicability to company operations.
- Prepare performance reports and dashboards for executive monitoring.
- Coordinate with technology vendors and manage seamless integrations.
- Manage schedules, meetings, and appointments for the COO and CTO.
- Organize travel plans, prepare itineraries, and handle executive correspondence.
- Document executive meetings, ensuring follow-ups on action points.
- Handle sensitive information with discretion and maintain confidentiality.
Desired Skills & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Commerce, Supply Chain, Healthcare Management, or related field (MBA preferred).
- 2–4 years of experience in business analysis, preferably in healthcare or distribution.
- Proficiency in data analysis tools (Excel, SQL, Power BI) and ERP systems.
- Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Relevant certifications (e.g., CBAP, PMI-PBA) are a plus.
