1. Determines project specifications by studying project design, customer requirements and performance standards, completing techinical studies, costimates and cost control

2. Determination project schedule, calculating time requirement, monitoring project progess, co-ordinating activities and resolve skills.

3. Maintain safe and clean working environment by enforcing procedures, state rules and regulations.
