DESCRIPTION

Your main responsibility as a Foreman is to oversee daily site operations and to ensure everyone works safely, while performing task with the highest level of quality.

1. Supervise skilled workers and laborers engaged in the construction of industrial, commercial and residential buildings and other civil works.
2. Assist the Site Engineer/Project Engineer in the coordination and performance of related activities such as foundation layout, form works, masonry and bricklaying, carpentry, plumbing, plastering and painting, etc.
3. Read, interpret and follow method statements and procedures, process specifications, drawings, blueprints and other documentations related to the project.
4. Prepare required paperwork and ensure strict compliance with all quality & operational processes, standard operating practices, and health & safety rules and regulations.
5. Troubleshoot and resolve concerns regarding constructability with the project team.

Desired Skills & Experience

REQUIREMENTS 3-5 Years Experience as a Civil Construction Worker, 2 of which in a supervisory or leadership position Relevant Trade Certifications in Masonry, Plumbing, Carpentry and/or Electrical field is ideal At least High School Graduate Skills and Abilities: Able to interpret drawings and plan projects with strong communication, leadership, teamwork and excellent problem solving skills. Able to optimize resources to ensure efficient and timely completion of the project.
