RIGGING FOREMAN 

location: Ras Laffan

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent (technical diploma or certifications in rigging are a plus).
• Certification in rigging or lifting operations is preferred.
• 5+ years of experience in rigging operations and maintenance in the oil and gas industry. 
• Proven experience as a Rigging Foreman or similar role in an industrial setting.
• Strong knowledge of rigging equipment and lifting techniques.
• Ability to lead and motivate a team effectively.
• Good problem-solving, communication, and organizational skills.
• In-depth knowledge of safety regulations and industry best practices.
• Certification in rigging and lifting operations (e.g., Lifting Supervisor Certification).
• Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and manage rigging operations, ensuring safety and compliance with regulations.
• Lead and guide a team of riggers in the safe execution of lifting operations.
• Ensure all rigging equipment is inspected and maintained according to standards.
• Develop and implement rigging plans to support project requirements.
• Maintain accurate records of rigging operations, equipment used, and any incidents.
• Coordinate with site management and other departments for smooth operations.
• Ensure proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE) and safety protocols.
• Troubleshoot and resolve any rigging-related issues that arise on-site
