Mechanical Foreman/ Supervisor - (Indian Nationality preferred) 

Location: Al Shamal,Qatar

Qualifications:

• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in maintenance works for static and rotary equipment’s .
• Minimum qualification: ITI certification in Mechanical or a related field.
• Previous Ashghal projects preferred.
• Strong technical and supervisory skills.
• Ability to work in compliance with project, Ashghal systems, requirements, and timelines.
• Prior GCC/ Ashghal O&M experience will be an advantage.
• Ability to manage a team of 15 persons, assigning tasks, monitoring, and control of site activities, uploading reports as guided by the engineer.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise preservation and maintenance activities, workmen.
• Ensure compliance with all safety standards and company protocols.
• Plan, organize, and oversee the daily planned tasks of the maintenance team.
• Conduct inspections and provide reports on equipment status.
• Upload maintenance works done photographs, report through the EAMS portal of Ashghal.
• Carry out inspections with stakeholders / client during their visits to the plant.

• Candidate should be present in Qatar with valid QID
• Available to join immediately.
