Insulation/Painting Planner

Location: Ras Laffan

Qualifications:

• Diploma or Relevant certifications in insulation, painting, or project planning are a plus.
• 5+ years of experience in insulation and painting planning, specifically in the oil and gas industry.
• Strong understanding of operational and maintenance processes, including insulation and painting task projects.
• Proven experience in project planning, scheduling, and resource allocation for insulation and painting activities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop detailed plans and schedules for insulation and painting activities, ensuring they align with project timelines and operational requirements.
• Coordinate with other project departments (e.g., maintenance, HSE, and procurement) to ensure all materials, resources, and personnel are available for insulation and painting tasks.
• Prepare and review insulation and painting work packages, including scope of work, resource requirements, and safety protocols.
• Monitor and track progress of insulation and painting activities, ensuring work is being executed in accordance with the project schedule.
• Provide technical and logistical support to the insulation and painting crews on-site, ensuring adherence to quality standards and specifications.
• Identify and address any delays or issues in the planning and execution stages, ensuring solutions are implemented promptly.
• Conduct risk assessments and ensure that insulation and painting work is performed in line with safety regulations and industry standards.
• Liaise with suppliers and vendors to procure materials and equipment required for insulation and painting activities.

• Candidate should be present in Qatar with valid QID
