Position: Female Call Center Agent
Location: Pearl Qatar
Key Responsibilities:
- Answer inbound calls and respond to customer inquiries.
- Provide accurate information regarding products, services, and policies.
- Handle customer complaints and provide effective solutions.
- Document all customer interactions accurately in the system.
- Follow up with customers to ensure their issues are resolved.
- Meet or exceed call handling and customer satisfaction goals.
- Maintain a positive and professional demeanor at all times.
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Female candidates only.
- High school diploma or equivalent; further education is a plus.
- Previous experience in a call center or customer service role is an advantage.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficient in using call center systems and basic computer applications.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Fluency in [mention languages if required] is preferred.
