Description

• Prepare and serve a variety of hot and cold coffee beverages, teas, and other specialty drinks.
• Greet customers warmly, take orders accurately, and provide menu recommendations.
• Maintain a clean and organized workstation, including coffee machines, counters, and seating areas.
• Process payments, manage the cash register, and handle customer inquiries or concerns professionally.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, including food handling and hygiene standards.

• Assist in preparing and packaging beverages and light food items for off-site catering events.
• Set up and operate mobile coffee stations for events, ensuring a smooth service experience.
• Engage with guests at catering events, providing exceptional service and product knowledge.
• Coordinate with the catering team to ensure timely delivery and service execution.
• Assist in inventory management, including ordering and restocking coffee beans, milk, syrups, and other supplies.

Desired Skills & Experience

Coffee & Beverage Preparation:

• Expert in espresso extraction, brewing methods (pour-over, French press, cold brew, etc.), and milk frothing.
• Ability to create latte art and specialty coffee beverages.
• Knowledge of coffee bean varieties, roasting levels, and flavor profiles.

Customer Service & Communication:

• Strong interpersonal skills to engage with customers and provide a welcoming experience.
• Ability to take orders accurately and recommend menu items based on customer preferences.
