We are a looking for female candidate (preferably experienced) who is ready to join at the earliest on part time basis with the following skills for our legal firm.
*Administrative and clerical task with good customer service skills
*Attend calls and answer the customer's queries *Screen all phone calls and emails and follow up when necessary
*Strong knowledge of Ms-Office (word, excel, outlook,power point)
*Fluency in Arabic and English (writing and speaking)
*Organize meetings and sound knowledge of file management and guest book-keeping
