We are a leading Retailer & Distributor of Consumer and Business Electronics in Qatar with an annual turnover in excess of QR 500 million.
We are looking for a “Sales Coordinator” who would assists the sales team improve their productivity, provide a variety of support services, and other administrative and sales roles.
Responsibilities:
- Prepares and then follows up on any sales quotations made for clients, negotiating terms with the client at a cost best suited for them.
- Contact customers and prospects to arrange appointments or make follow-up calls to confirm orders or delivery dates.
- Contribute to customer satisfaction by ensuring the accuracy and timely processing of orders/ requirements.
- Efficiently respond to any online or telephone queries in a calm and friendly manner. Handle orders by telephone, email or mail and check that they include correct prices, discounts and product numbers, contacting customers to resolve any queries.
- Liaises between other departments and the client to provide the service most suitable to the client’s needs, cost and time restraints.
- Works closely with the Sales team to assess the progress of the department and develop Sales strategy accordingly.
- May also be required to produce reports on progress within the department and outline any developed strategies to improve and maintain sales records as a basis for reports to the senior management team.
Requirements:
- Must possess at least 1 – 5 years’ experience in B2B / corporate sales coordination function, customer service, telesales or similar role
- Must be energetic, dynamic and must have strong interpersonal skills to effectively communicate with clients.
- Must have the ability to simultaneously handle a large and diverse number of projects, tasks and issues with tact, cooperation, and persistence.
- Must demonstrate the ability to perform work independently and demonstrate solid organizational and attention to detail skills.
- Must possess excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Must be organized and possess a high level of administration ability to effectively manage paperwork.
- Must be proficient in Microsoft Office and any other software related to the Sales or IT industries.
