Description
Responsibilities
- Setting specific objectives and reporting on ROI
- Designing and implementing social media strategies to align with business goals and achieve marketing targets through competitive and audience research
- Setting up and optimizing company pages within each social media platform
- Optimizing social media posts (language, tone, message) based on our target audience’s behaviors
- Researching audience preferences and discover current benchmark trends
- Managing, creating, editing and publishing original, engaging high quality text, image and video contents
- Selecting appealing images and videos to complement text
- Designing posts to sustain readers’ curiosity and creating buzz around new products
- Administering all company social media accounts to ensure up-to-date content
- Analyzing user engagement (e.g. click-through and bounce rates)
- Reporting on web traffic for all social media
- Building and supporting SEO strategies by implementing keyword priorities into content marketing projects

Desired Skills & Experience
Requirements • Proven work experience as a Social Media Specialist or similar role • Hands on experience in content management and using various social media platforms and digital marketing campaigns to advertise and for brand awareness • Demonstrable social networking experience and social analytics tools knowledge • Experience with social media management tools, like Buffer and Hootsuite • Ability to deliver creative content (photo/video/text), with excellent copywriting skills • In-depth knowledge of SEO, keyword research, web traffic metrics and analytics tools (e.g. Google Analytics) • Knowledge of online marketing and advertising strategies and good understanding of major marketing and advertising channels • Additional qualifications in digital technologies is a plus (web design, web development, publishing, CRO, Word Press and content management systems) • Ability to gasp future trends in digital technologies and act proactively • An ability to identify target audience preferences and trends and build content to meet them • Positive attitude, detail and customer oriented with good multitasking and organizational ability • Excellent Analytical and multitasking skills • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English and Arabic • BS in Communications, Marketing, Business, New Media or Public RelationsLocation
