- Setting up and optimizing company pages within each social media platform
- Optimizing social media posts (language, tone, message) based on our target audience’s behaviors
- Researching audience preferences and discover current benchmark trends
- Managing, creating, editing and publishing original, engaging high quality text, image and video contents
- Selecting appealing images and videos to complement text
- Designing posts to sustain readers’ curiosity and creating buzz around new products
- Administering all company social media accounts to ensure up-to-date content
- Analyzing user engagement (e.g. click-through and bounce rates)
- Reporting on web traffic for all social media
- Building and supporting SEO strategies by implementing keyword priorities into content marketing projects
