Description
POSITION: LANDSCAPE QUANTITY SURVEYOR/ESTIMATOR
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Must be a graduate of any B.S. in Engineering or related course with a minimum of 3 years work experience as a Landscape Quantity Surveyor/Estimator.
- Must be familiar or must have knowledge on the irrigation and landscaping materials, and on how to find the suppliers of the said materials.
- Must be competent in providing the most competitive price for materials and other aspects of the project.
- Must know how to prepare Bill of Quantities based on project specifications and drawings.
- Competence on MS Excel and MS Word is a must. And, knowledge on Autocad is an advantage.
- No Objection Certificate (N.O.C.) is required if the applicant is currently in Qatar, and under sponsorship of other Company.
