Well known leading Multinational Company looking for highly professional bilingual (Arabic and English) employees to work for their client (banking sector)

Detailed Roles and Responsibilities:

• Answer calls professionally
• Respond to customer inquiries
• Research required information using available resources
• Handle and resolve customer complaints
• provide customers with product and service information
• Use proper forms and applications
• Route calls to appropriate resource
• Follow up customer calls where necessary
• Complete call logs

• Maintain confidentiality
• Produce call reports

 

Skills

Candidate Specification:

• Must be a University Graduate
• 1+ year experience in customer service / Helpdesk Support / Banking experience would be plus points
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Arabic and English (Mandatory)
• Fast typing skills and basic computer office based skills
• Strong professional communication skills with customers
• Strong listening skills
• Strong problem analysis and problem solving
• Excellent customer service orientation
• Strong organizational skills
• Strong attention to detail
• Excellent team work
• Ability to stress tolerance
• High flexibility (OK to work in rotational shifts)

 

Note:

NOC required

Experienced or Fresher can apply ( Male preferred) 

5 days a week / weekly off 2 days
