Description
Responsibilities:
1. Completion, filing and reporting of all required business forms, licenses and other legal documents required in the establishment and conduct of the business entity.
2. Build all channels to generate sales pipelines and long-term customer relationships to foster revenue generation and growth opportunities.
3. Develop marketing strategies.
4. Participate in building company’s reputation in the industry.
5. Efficiently manage projects and resources in a way that ensures this is achieved on schedule.
6. Have professional knowledge of all the company’s services.
7. Manage staff in compliance with Company and State of Qatar policies, regulations and laws; prepare work schedule and assign duties in consonance with established
8. Determine staffing requirements, train new employees, and work with the GM to interview, and hire new employees
9. Review sales activity reports, and other performance data, to measure productivity and goal achievement for use in executing required actions in cost reduction and program improvements.
10. Establishing and implement departmental policies, goals, objectives, and procedures in harmony with Company, State of Qatar policies, laws and/or regulations.
11. Oversee activities directly related to making and sourcing products, and providing services, such as a helpline, where relevant.
12. Direct and coordinate the GM to fund operations, increase efficiency and deliver on agreed upon financial goals. Help prepare financial reports as needed
13. Determine services to be sold, and assist in setting prices and credit terms, based on forecasts of customer demand.
14. Develop and implement product marketing strategies including advertising campaigns and sales promotions.
Qualification.
1. 5 years of experience in sales of international freight forwarding services.
2. Industry Knowledge and ability to present related information in a way that makes sense to all audiences, organizations and/or groups to foster full appreciation for offered services.
3. Be capable to build good relationships with customers at all levels.
4. Excellent communication skills: Outgoing, positive, engaging in conversation and willing to give up your free time to interact with the public. This requires the skill of public speaking and the ability to speak comfortably in front of a group.
5. Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills.
6. A good team player.
7. Bachelor’s Degree in business or supply Chain Management.
Operation executive ( SEA , AIR & land)

· Qualification.
1- Bachelor's or Associate's degree in ( business – supply chain or logistics).
2- Minimum 3 to 5 years of experience in freight forwarding.
3- Excellent English written & verbal communication skills “ Arabic preferred optionally”.
4- Excellent knowledge in MS. Office ( word – excel & power point).
5- Good knowledge in orders management.
6- Good knowledge in inbound/outbound shipping terms & conditions.
7- Familiar with SAP & ERP.
8- Good understanding for airlines and shipping lines procedures.
Customer service specialist ( SEA , AIR & land)
· Responsibilities.
1. Maintaining a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers at all times.
2. Responding promptly to customer inquiries.
3. Communicating with customers through various channels.
4. Acknowledging and resolving customer complaints.
5. Knowing the service mechanism so that he can answer questions.
6. Processing forms, applications, and requests.
7. Keeping records of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints.
8. Communicating and coordinating with colleagues as necessary.
9. Providing feedback on the efficiency of the customer service process.
· Qualification
