 Role Overview

 Responsibility for carrying on the preventive and corrective maintenance of the Signaling (SIG) and Traffic Light Control (TLC) Systems

 What are my responsibilities?

·         Preventive and corrective maintenance tasks including of repairs of the SIG Systems (SICAS Interlocking, VICOS, IMU, Electrical and Mechanical point machines).

• Preventive and corrective maintenance tasks of Traffic Light Control Systems (TLC Controller, LED lights, Pedestrian push buttons etc.)

·         Install hardware and troubleshoot SIG and TLC issues.

·         Transforming of maintenance data into electronically useable formats.

·         Complete all necessary coaching and assessments to be able to reach to an expert level of technician as per requirement of maintenance organization.

·         Support of maintenance staff in the maintenance of SIG, and TLC systems.

• Any other duties as assigned by Supervisor/Manager.

What do I need to qualify for this job?

• knowledge of Signaling systems and Traffic Light Control systems’ hardware, and software analytical thinking skills.
• Has a good knowledge of Signaling and Traffic light control tools and equipment.
• Qatar light vehicle driving license.
• CMMS Software
• Is in good physical condition
• Is 21 years or above
• Meets requirements of fitness class 1.
• Has a Diploma or equivalent and 3+ years of work experience.
• Has 3+ years of experience in the field of Signaling and TLC installation, commissioning, or maintenance.
• Has a good command of both the spoken and written English language.
