We are looking for an operations manager (female candidate) from Philippine who can very well communicate in Arabic preferably with nursing background to works as an operations manager to handle female nurses and housekeeping staffs. Holding Qatar valid driving license shall be an added advantage
- 1. Visit customers on a regular basis to maintain satisfactory relationship and to respond to customer concerns.
- 2. Constantly working at communicating, delegating, negotiating, resolving conflict with customers as well as employees
- 3. Hold Monthly Meetings to look at overall performance
- Create awareness for health and safety by holding monthly onsite meeting
- 4. Regularly monitor and analyze individual productivity and performance
- 5. Do Marketing Telephone and Walk-in
6. Ensure that all staff disciplinary and grievance matters are solved on time
- 7. Make sure that the standard of basic amenity in the workers accommodation
- 8. Submit invoice on time and regularly follow up of all payment against monthly invoices and ensure that all payment are received on time.
- 9. Preplan & Schedule for new accommodation and Transportation for forthcoming project
- 10. Participate in recruitment and staff selection process.
- 11. Assist in training and follow up on training of new employees
- 12. Plan & Schedule for necessary equipment, supplies for smooth operations
- 13. Record and recommend disciplinary actions, termination, promotions and evaluations
- 14. Reallocate employees as required because of workers shortage or special requirements.
- 15. Maintain good business relationship with minimum 3 local sub contractors for outsourcing employees for any immediate requirement of mobilization.
- 16. Implementing & generating service reports on daily and monthly basis.
- 17. Take immediate action on routine complaints and resolve day to day problems.
- 18. Responsible for developing and maintaining good employee relations and implementation of employee incentive programs.
- 19. Develop planned maintenance schedules and work schedules
