Description

We are looking to hire workshop supervisor who should be able to handle the following responsibilities:
•To run the workshop on day to day basis, manage and monitor the time, cost and the quality standards 
•Manage and monitor all aspects of the installation, maintenance and repair work 
•Control the process of receiving work orders, determine the work method, order material, tools & spare parts 
•Coordinate the communication between staff and third parties 
•Insure the implementation of safety procedures & the proper use of the safety gear
• Responsible for the supervision and coordination of preventive and corrective maintenance work carried out in the workshop. 
• Accountable for his activities/relationship with Customer's representative. 
• Participation in modification studies if required. 
• Training and improvements of skills of his own subordinates. 
• Responsible for the good quality and repair of equipments

 

Information

Desired Skills & Experience

Minimum 5 years experience in steel and metal works like railing,gates, doors, stainless steel, fences, cladding etc in a Supervisory level . • Organized, self-directed, strong leadership qualities, strong planning and analytical skills • Computer literate • Superior interpersonal skills with a strong customer focused approach.
