Description

To perform minor and major overhaul of rotating equipment such as pumps, compressors, turbines, blowers, fan, rotary feeder, electrical A/C motors etc.
• Dismantling and assembling of equipment such as motors, transformers, centrifugal and positive displacement pumps, strainer cleaning and repairs.
• Rectifying the shaft alignment of rotating equipment
• Repair of mechanical seals.
• Repair of compressor valves.
• To perform maintenance works on high pressure equipment.
• To perform hydraulic tensioning and tightening of high pressure joints.
• Carry out blinding and de-blinding of connecting pipelines to equipment.
• Performing other works such as preparation of documents site measurements, maintaining spare parts, transportation of material and site cleaning.
• To perform minor and major overhaul of rotating equipment such as pumps, compressors, blowers etc.
• To take measurements using precision measurement tools.
• To carry out cleaning of machines and accessories by karcher machine.

Desired Skills & Experience

• Minimum Experience of 5 years • Experience in the Maintenance Field. • Ability to read and comprehend technical manuals and drawings. • Ability to use all related tools in his field. • Ability to carry out jobs independently. • Good command of English language, both written and spoken is required. • Candidates holding a driving license (GCC) are preferable.
