Description

We are looking for a highly talented and experienced Tissue factory operator for a reputed hayak company based in Qatar.

Responsibilities:

Observe all safety and health procedures at all times and Conduct duties in a responsible manner

- Set up machines (calibration, cleaning etc.) to start a production cycle.

- Control and adjust machine settings (e.g. speed).

- Feed raw material or parts to semi-automated machines.

- Inspect parts with precision and measuring tools.

- Test operation of machines periodically.

- Fix issues that might occur during the shift.

- Check output to spot any machine-related mistakes or flaws.

- Keep records of approved and defective units or final products.

- Maintain activity logs.

- Carry out production, inspection, packaging and machine operation duties.

- Effectively monitor production equipment.

- Perform appropriate duties as assigned by management.

- Maintain a safe and clean work environment.

- Any other duties as assigned by the supervisors.

- Receive and confirm material as indicated in the daily schedule by the asst production manager.

- Upload the programs and using the right tools as per programs.

- Operate machinery and carry out production as per provided production schedule.

- Prepare the daily report and submit to the asst production manager.

- In case of shifts, submit the shift handover report to the next shift and make sure there is a smooth transition between the shifts.

- Conduct regular checks on the machinery to make sure there are no unforeseen issues with the equipment and reduce chances of unexpected breakdowns.

- Report any machine breakdown to the asst production manager for maintenance.

· Any other duty may be assigned to by lead operator.

· Understand the specifications of the task at hand and the desired result by reading programs, mechanical drawing.

Desired Skills & Experience

Requirement:

- Minimum of 3 years of proven experience as a operator  in tissue factory or related industry.

- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Business Administration, Management, or related field. Or Masters in any discipline.

- Good spoken and written communication skills in English and, Hindi, Arabic will be an advantage.

- Expert in MS- Excel (Compulsory), good knowledge in any other accounts software and basic IT knowledge.

- Nationality- India, Sri Lanka only

- Expert in WPS system.

- Gender: Male only with Valid QID with NOC, able to join immediately.

- Salary: Will be discussed upon selected
