Description
Ø Experience in the related field is required.
Ø Manage and maintain their schedules, including arranging meetings, appointments, and travel plans.
Ø Prepare and organize documents, reports, presentations, and correspondence.
Ø Screen and manage phone calls, emails, and other forms of communication.
Ø Maintain and organize files, records, and databases.
Ø Ensure the confidentiality and security of sensitive information.
Ø Draft and edit documents, letters, memos, and reports.
Ø Be proficient in office software and tools, including word processing, spreadsheets, presentation software, and email.
Ø Good command of both spoken and written English
Ø Preferably Female, Asian Nationality.
