Male Retail development manager is required holding visa in doha ready to transfer or gulf experience in fashion retail
Responsibilities:
1- Manage daily boutiques process
2- ensure smooth staffing and quality staff, handle daily staff issues
3- Handle admin and maintenance issues for the boutiques
4- ensure smooth process for customers orders alteration
5-submit all financial documents for accountant and provide any needed documents to him to ensure financil report are sumitted on time for GM
6- handle all stocking issues,customs
7- find and propose the best public relations companies and submit to GM PR plan ,
8- Monitoring store and responsible for any in and out stocks
9-propose solutions and ideas for business growth and increase profits.
10-monitor leasing contracts and prepare renewing process
11-manage daily company representative tasks distribution and company cars maintenance
