- Coordinate with the IT person to ensure no IT related issues impact regular work.
- Purchase any equipment needed.
- Records Management & Archiving
- Responsible for keeping a good record management.
- Responsible for ensuring continuous of program kits (as per the need)
- Proper filing of all documents such as Sponsorship agreements, MoUs..etc
- Events & Special Projects
- Administrative Support
- Manage the CEO's office admin related tasks.
- Manage all other admin related tasks with the support of Operations Director.
- Draft related letters and MOUS to ministries, sponsors and partners when needed.
- Support Operations Director in proposal write-up, donors' reports.
- Manage INJAZ driver, coordinate deliveries and item collections from partners
- Accounting & Expenses
- Manage accounting Data entry, annual auditing, issue annual audited financials.

Desired Skills & Experience
SKILLS
A minimum of Bachelor degree in Education, Business Administration/Other relevant field orequivalent.
Minimum 5 years professional experience.
Excellent English and Arabic spoken and written skills.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Power Point and other common office software.
Highly organized and motivated, ability to multitask, complete tasks in a timely manner and work as a team member.
Desire to develop a career in the education, non-profit or business sectors.
