Qualifications / Skills / Experience: - Male -Can speak ARABIC and ENGLISH - University degree in business or related discipline - Proficiency in MS Office (Word and Excel) - Minimum of 2 - 3 years front line travel experience as a reservation/sales agent. - IATA/UFTAA certification will be added advantage. - Knowledge of fare construction and ticketing with good knowledge of Computerized - Reservation Systems (CRS) - Amadeus - Excellent presentation and communication skills - Knowledge of world geography and major carrier networks to facilitate quick itinerary planning. - Willing to perform other functions that may be assigned from time to time Critical Competencies: - Customer service orientation - Initiative and commitment to achieve - Attention to detail and quality - Organizing for results - Effective communication - Interpersonal ability - Flexible/ Adaptability and able to work multitasking Any interested applicants can send their updated Curriculum Vitae (CV) with recent picture and expected salary at [email protected]
