Description
- CANDIDATES MUST SPEAK FLUENT IN ENGLISH.AND ARABIC
- Deliver excellent customer service at all times,
- Deal with all enquiries in a professional and courteous manner, in person, on the telephone or via e-mail,
- Fulfill all reasonable requests from prospects/customers to ensure their comfort, satisfaction and safety while hosting them,
- Conduct regular kitchen checks throughout the day and report any issues to operations manager,
- Understanding a lot of things about the operations of an office and give information about the same over the phone.
- The candidate has to be confident about using computers and software applications that are necessary for their jobs.
