Description
- Plan the annual “Staffing Guide” in compliance with operative needs and commitments with sponsors, always looking to provide the optimal effectiveness possible, through time and movement analyses to optimize work and avoid loss by dead hours.
- Elaborate the annual Human Resources budget, in collaboration with Finance, considering the Park payroll information, social and sporting activities, syndicate commitments and uniforms, looking to optimize and save resources at all times.
- Plan and direct the “Annual Training Program” searching for techniques, subjects, methodology and suppliers to maintain employees updated and in a state of constant improvement in the 3 branches of learning: knowledge, abilities and attitude.
- Direct and manage career development for Park and Organization employees, offering growth opportunities according to their profile, performance and talent, in terms of knowledge, responsibilities and economic remuneration.
- Analyze employee indicators, such as payroll, absenteeism, rotation, work accidents, vacation, overtime, etc. in order to make timely decisions to the benefit of the company and employees, avoiding labor contingencies, looking to save money and safeguarding the common good.
- Coordinate and plan internal communication at all levels, collaborating with the Human Resources Headquarters to simplify the effective diffusion of official information and daily operations agreements, looking for a prompt execution of labor agreements.
- Plan and coordinate labor relations, in an efficient and prompt manner, keeping the labor contracts in order, the files complete.
- Coordinate and plan the social and sporting activities, in collaboration with the Human Resources team and Park area, looking at all times to keep these varied and constant, to maintain a happy team spirit in the work ambience which will simplify providing the customer with warm and efficient service.
