Description
Hotel reservations agents have a wide range of responsibilities, which can include:
- Ensuring guests’ satisfaction by responding to any concerns they may have during their stay
- Processing new reservations, including collecting payment information such as credit card numbers or other forms of payment
- Updating existing reservations with any changes requested by guests
- Communicating with guests throughout their stay to ensure their needs are met
- Answering questions about hotel services, facilities, and activities
- Resolving conflicts between guests and staff members
- Providing information about local attractions and activities
- Coordinating the flow of incoming and outgoing guest traffic by maintaining accurate records of reservations and room assignments
- Providing guests with information about rates and other policies, including cancellation policies

Requirements:
- Can join immediately
- With 2-3 years experience as a Reservations Agent in hotels
- Has knowledge with IDS Software
