Description
Hiring Fire Safety Coordinator - 6 Nos.
- Coordinate work activities between fire safety contractors and company facilities and management
- Implement approved plans related to fire safety in all company facilities.
- Participate in investigating the design and installation of fire safety systems and equipment in new and retrofitted company buildings to ensure conformity with applicable regulations, codes, standards and bylaws and report findings and make recommendations.
- Participate in the development, implementation and delivery of fire safety training to company staff.
- Participate in the development, implementation and delivery of response to fire alarms and emergency evacuation plans for company staff and facilities.
- Oversee, implement, and direct Practice Fire Drills (PFDs) in accordance with state and company guide lines.
- Plan, conduct and oversee fire safety inspections in company facilities.
- Identify fire hazards, enforce fire safety regulations, and take approved corrective actions to ensure adequate fire prevention and fire protection for company facilities.
- Conduct internal audits against the company policies and report findings; Identify required corrective and preventive actions.
- Enforce Occupational Health and Safety and company policies and procedures.
- Prepare reports and maintains records detailing information about company facilities, infractions observed and actions to taken
