Real Estate Marketing & Leasing Coordinator  

We are a leading real estate company in Qatar seeking a Female Real Estate Marketing and Leasing Coordinator to manage and promote our properties.  Preference will be given to the candiate who is ready to join immediately.

Key Responsibilities:  

1.    Advertise properties on social media and other platforms such as Qatar Living.

2.    Handle inquiries, arrange viewings, and showcase properties to potential tenants.  

3.  Negotiate rental terms, prepare lease agreements, and ensure follow-ups.  

4.    Maintain a database of inquiries and provide regular reports.  

5.    Stay updated on market trends and recommend strategies to improve occupancy.

Desired Skills & Experience

1.   Experience in real estate marketing or leasing is preferred.

2.   Strong communication and organizational skills.

3.   Knowledge of Qatar’s real estate market and a valid Qatar driving license is an advantage.

4.   Fluent in English
