Time Taken For Sponsor Change

Dear Firends,

I have query regarding the time taken for sponsor change by immigration dept.

I got job offer in government organization. I have submitted all my papers for visa transfer. (All document, CID, Medical etc) more than a month ago. The company had submitted the docs to qatar immigration for tranfer but it is still pending in the immigration. Can anyone please let me know how long it will take in the immigration to perform the transfer and also would there be any reason in particular for the delay.

I have completed more than 3 years in my current sponsorship. I have submitted all docs including transfer noc from my current company. But puzzled on the time delay by immigration.

it will take for labour department 1 week then for immigration 3 days to approval and one day for issuing new RP.
