I've been told I can have an NOC, what next?
Afternoon all,
After multiple complications with my employer today I recieved confirmation that I can have an NOC.
Great news!!!
Now can anybody tell me what it should look like and, how can i use it?
Does it mean that I have it to use when I find another position/company I want to tranfer to or does it mean that when i recieve it i will be given notice to leave my current role?
does anybody have an example they can upload for me to see what mine will look like?
I don't trust the company, and i want to make sure i get what i want.
to all, what if my current employer insisting not to issue NOC for me even I am locally hired, should I go home or I will refer this problem to human rights so that our comp will oblige to give so. Our company is own by a family which is a family business, am now more than 4 years, we have a lot of complications occurred between him, apparently he cut my monthly salary 2times which is not acceptable and without any written notice, this is the utmost ground,,please let me hear your idea.thank u
Check it if its only a not letter, but properly stamped by your company. then apply to other company of your choosing..be hurry don't take long or else it will be a dead N.O.C, and the immigration will ask again for new one, then your previous company change moods never release again , it happens in one of my colleague.
Find a job first who will be able to sponsor you then get the NOC/Release from the present Sponsor and change your Sponsorhship. NOC has got a validity as mentioned by tinkerbell.
Yes thats exactily it. Due to the circumstances they have agreed for me to have a NOC to use.
Zafirah, you and Tinkerbell10 have conflicting information.
you say when they terminate me or when I resign. Tinkerbell10 says it acts as if i dont want to work for them and that i will be working my notice.
Do either of you know who is correct?
Thanks for the Quick response
next is for you to look for another company/ employer.
You can use it if you still want to work here in Qatar.
No Objection Certificate (NOC) from your current company that you can work for other company once your contract is finished with them, or when they terminate you or when you resign...
