Rude Manager harrassing the employees with newer and newer rules,cutting salries on small small issues,paying your salary next month's 21 onwards,and no unity & internal politics among employees trying to get little blessing instead of pissed off from Rude Manager!!!
Incompetent employees having job insecurity tolerate and manages.Real stress comes to good ones.

1.Boss-Manager, who treated you like a child, (if there is deadlines, he will tell you don't go until you finish that)
2.Officemate/colleague-Who always pretend he knows everything but nothing, pretending lots of loads, always chatting by skype and talking like no one around him, most of all act more than like a boss.
No chicks in office whom you can hit on can also cause stress for men...:)
hot chicks in office and you not having enough time to hit on them.. just sayin' :P
true, the boss who acts as if he masters in everything, but in reality all the work been done by the people under him!!!!!!!!!!!!!God help........

I don't have any work related problems but I keep on thinking about someone all day long that actually reduces my efficiency..:)
Is this assesment for Govt sector or for private firms, big difference exists between both.
yup competence is one issue.
Dealing with a boss pretending to be knowledgeable in everything, yet the real story was he doesn't have any background on management..
Competence at all the level is one issue. we are also the part of it. Don't try to control the thing. Try to to live with your own life with in the dicipine of the organization. Thanks,
Top ot the list could be bad managers ill equipped for the job but trying to pretend that they know it all and making a bigger mess of the situation
