Any Certain information If construction Projects In Qatar are affected by the international Crredit Crises???
Are there anynew projects have out on hold?
Everybody is affected, though the effect in Qatar is minimal compared with other countries..we still can't tell what would happen in the future..Let us be optimistic, Qatar is a rich country..it's high in monetary reserves and oil/gas production can absorb the losses of some industries..
no,qatar may not face that much crises compared to usa,india or any other state as qatar is full of oil and gas.
maybe at the time, qatar may not feel the crisis, because qatar is gas-rich, and the price of gas has not went down that much...but we can never tell.. because in dubai, DAMAC already re-trench 150 staff due to the crisis.. and some of their pojects are put on hold...
This is way to early to tell, but I would not be surprised if Qatar ends in the same Credit crunch as the rest of the world. Ongoing project in the World are completed no doubt about that but projects where the financing is not secured might be delayed or binned.
