Last year Qatar authorities are not issuing Umrah visa for visit visa holders. Better your guests take Umrah visa from their own country before travelling to Doha. And from here you take re-entry visa for them to revisit you after performing Umrah. Better check with travel agencies whether above option will work or not?

You could try Doha Group Transport at 44415779 but I believe they may have shifted to some other location as the building in which their office was located has been demolished. Cozmo Travel tel, # 440 734 44 are also arrange for Umrah. Other agents you could find through Google or through your friends and colleagues.

The simple rule is - does your visa allow you to exit and re-enter Qatar ?

I suggest you contact the Hajj and Umrah travel agents in Doha. From what I know, yes you can but after Umrah you may not be able to return to Doha but will need to fly home from there. However, I am not very sure of this and you can check with the immigration people for further clarifications.
