Do I need to close my bank account also while i cancel my RP as i still need to get my settlement from company ?

You are most welcome to take our advice.

Don't make life complicated, as your current company is in financial crisis speak to CEO about finical implication on married person and professional future.

Properly hand over your work, resign, and cancel your family and your visa when you get confirmed job in other country.

If the company files a major case against you, as data base is shared among the GCC, you could be in trouble at airports.

There is one consulting company looking for client for me in abu dhabi. I have to attend interview either from here or India. So if I get job in abu dhabi then is it mandatory to comeback here and cancel my RP?

If I gone to India without cancelling my wife RP, then my sponsor also cannot cancel my RP because my wife RP still active. Am I right?

This way he has to bring me back here to cancel my RP....

Questions:

1) If he pay my due salaries(3 months due) and didn't cancel my RP, Can I still travel to other countries like dubai/abu dhabi/saudi arab if I get job over there.

Answer) As your designation your resident permit allows you to have family then you are eligible to get on arrival visa for Oman, Bahrain, Kuwait and online visa for UAE. After you get a job then you can come back to cancel your to Qatar resident visa.

2) Do I need to cancel my wife RP as well or its automatically get cancelled if mine get cancelled (she is on my sponsorship)

Answer) First family visa has to be canceled to cancel your visa.

3) What can I do to get my end of service benefits.

Answer) Go to National Human Rights Committee (NHRC)
