If he takes a left and goes straight he will end up back on the road that'll take him to Al Saad and Nasser Street, depending oh which way he takes:-)

If you are going through Gulf Cinema towards Ramada, Go straight from the Ramada Signal and you will get another signal(Near Toys r us). Take a left from there and go straight. Then you will get another signal. You can see Doha Clinic on your right. Go straight for almost 30 meters, you can see Turkish Rest on your right!

nope.. you have come down to Al sadd. before reaching the Ramada signal, after Toys r us take the service road. passes Mc Donalds and Hardees, turn right. Go straight and pass a small signal near Doha clinic .. 20 metres and on your right you will seee their Red signboard.
