Salary in a local bank

Hi all. I have gone through the forums on salary ranges and keeping in view the cross questions asked, would like to put forward this question with as much detail as I can divulge. What is a good salary package for someone with 9-10 years Corporate Banking experience (not in the Middle East though) who is a British citizen?
