Salary deduction

i am working in a company since last 3 months. Now after giving salary as per contract for these three months my employer is saying that they will reduce my salary and other benefits because i am receiving more salary than other staff with same position. I have Original Work Agreement, Offer letter, Pay Slip and bank statements in my hand. Can anybody tell me how Qatar labor Law saying regarding this issue

One of my friend had the same issue ...but when they ask him to sign on the new contract he just signed ...then only he went to labour ...but, they couldnt do anything about it .cos of the signature ...
My advise dont sign the new contract if they reduce your salary take that pay slip along with the previous payslips and the original agreement which u signed early to labour department ...they will help you

if u start making concessions, they won't stop.
stand firm from the beginning.
you must be provided with what is mentioned in the contract..otherwise you have to sign a new contract if you agree with the reduced salary..den only it wil cum in to effect...
these r usual techniques played by many cmpnies..tellng they dnt hav enaf pjcts,income so nd soo,,,dnt be a victim....
they offer more to get more qualified employees nd onz they r in track they wil start their play...nd the reason they mentioned,,i dnt agree with it..seems they didn analyse the market b4 givn u such an offer...
dont worry, you wont loose job & if so, then they will have to provide labor dept. with the reason why they are terminating you.
go once there, let labour dept. teach them a lesson!

head to the labor dept. alongwith contract document, they may help you over the issue.
