Please be careful of what they offered? Anytime they will change once you are here and leave you no choice once they there not satisfy in your work. Good offer but beware about the company background and please check. Many people had offered good job here but inside is different, once you are here everything will be change. They will tell you to sign another contract! Just reminding only but not all....its like gamble!

I don't think it's an excellent salary for 13 years experience. Plus, the housing allowance is way too low.

It depends on a lot of things, for example: how much are you getting paid right now in India?

Anyways, from the perspective of an ordinary individual, this is an awesome offer... Go for it... Best of Luck!

Excellent Offer. Years of your hardwork rewarded finally. I was wondering 19500/- is including accommodation. Even if they pay 7% of your annual salary, you can afford an independant villa here in Qatar. GBM is a well established company. Wish you good luck.

Since you have two kids I would ask for more specifics on schooling than 'according to the company policy'. Company policy may only over part of the cost, so you would want to factor that in to your decision.

I would also narrow down the housing allowance; there is a big difference between 7% (16380 QR) and 11% (25740 QR). If you decide to negotiate harder, I would recommend you seek company provided housing at those rates, and not an allowance since the cost of housing is constantly on the rise.
