Pls advice about the offer for an Event Manager ?

Hi friends , I got an offer in an event management company in doha, They are offering me a basic salary of QR3000 (which will enhance immediately depends on my performance) plus accommodation, transport & license,The company is offering me two years visa for which i need to sign a contract i believe...... Currently im working in chennai, india & Im drawing a similar package here ...
I would like to get your precious advice about this offer in the immediate process which will help me to proceed further ...

this "will enhance immediately depends on performance" is a tricky one...here in qatar, once you accept a package, it is usually a package for life...
