Please advise me

I have been working in a company for 1 and half year.i did not get salary for last 5 months.it is even very difficult to get advance payment too. i am facing problem to pay room rent and for food. i am locally hired to this company.my contract agreement is 2 years. If i ask NOC, they will not give my 5 month salary.
So please Advice, Is it legally possible to get my salary and NOC? Or what can I do in this situation?
