to Vodafone: I CAN'T call my mother
How can I unsubscribe from receiving sms from Vodafone?
I mean, yes, thank you for discounting calls for mother's day
but
I CAN'T call mom even if you make it totally free, my mom passed away and it aches my heart everytime I receive your sms telling me to call her on mother's day!
this is so insensitive...
Once again: I can't call my mom (I received 2 sms already so you deserve it twice!)
@Bibo, Hi I am Gem and I work for Vodafone Customer Care. We are sorry to hear that and we do not mean to upset you or cause any harm when we sent the Mother's Day SMS. We send SMS to all our Vodafone customers to inform them of the latest promotions and services.

Well are they suppose to be knowing whether someones parents is dead or alive?
Not that I'm being insensitive (or maybe I am right now) but complaining here on QL won't solve your problem with unwanted SMS from Vidafone.
Solve the problem then tell us what happened. Since we're having issues in CUSTOMER SERVICE, generally speaking...its another topic we could all delve on....
