Room Overpricing

Curious lang ako kung bakit karamihan sa ating mga kababayan na nagpapaupa ng kwarto ay talagang overpricing! Bakit iilan lang sa mga pinoy dito sa Qatar ang talagang fair magbigay ng presyo sa kwarto o kundi man ay konti lang magpatubo? Sa 3 taon ko dito, lahat ng natirhan ko eh gahaman sa pera. Ano bang ugali meron ang mga ganitong klaseng tao?

i think this is the general mindset here, not only with kababayans, you just happened to be dealing with them. though it's only a personal opinion...
