The Relative Theory

Straight Arrow
By Straight Arrow

Here in Qatar living I have discovered new trend of opinion of some people.
Normally we agree in many points with the west and share with them common respect points, which makes both west and east happy, yet there are some people in between where they support different opinion in which the western people and eastern people do not like or agree on it.
My question is why these people like the relative theory?
What I mean by realtive theory is that if I see something is bad and you also agree it is bad, then the person who belongs to the relative theory will say that this bad thing can be good for other people.
For example I see that cheating the wife is something very shameful and you also share this opinion, but this person who supports the relative theory will say that cheating the wife could be good for some married men.
At the end the people who supports the relative theory will not agree with the western and eastern people on the common respect points.

Unfortunately there are no "good" or "bad" zones. Good or bad are inventions from some humans (not all). Some take things just as they are. This is how I do it, and I won't change!

If you are cheating on your wife, you are warping time and space.

If you are cheating on your girlfriend, you are just bending the warp time and space.

Regardless of any of the circumstances you are in the bad zone.

Nope. I'd divorce him in a second.

Khalid, no offense, but to me you seem like the kind of person who would kill his teenage daughter and bury her in the desert if she got pregnant out of wedlock.

and if this will offend you then I am sorry

For me you are that kind of a woman who is married and will allow another woman to come and make an affair with your husband infront of you many times.

That what seems to me.

I say more power to David and the gay people who want their church. They aren't hurting anyone, so why can't they do what they want.

just because the majority agrees on something doesn't mean that it is automatically good.. this is my opinion and i dont want to change it.. :P

for example here are some examples:

Steve: I think throwing dirts in front of the house is very bad.

Micheal: I agree with you Steve.

David: Sorry guys but throwing dirts infron of the house is good for rats and birds and environment as well.

Here I am against Daivid.

Ok let us define the points which we like others to respect?

Those who say there is nothing called good or bad but it depends on how you look to these things are people who can not distinguish good and bad.

If I am a manager I do not like to hire some one who can not distinguish what is good or bad.

See as far as I know there are some people who wants to have a church for Gay people and this was discussed on UK TV.

The majority of people in UK refused to have a church for gay people, why did this majorityy refuse?

If something is good then the majority will agree on it.

It's all about individual beliefs. I don't agree with the neo pink liberal commie leftwing thinking of Olive, but I respect her right to have such outlandish ideals :O)

Why can't you just accept that no two people think the same way Khalid.

I reckon we are on the verge of some great new ideas by Khalid..... !!!!

I feel time is up for Einstein relativity and all those who beleived in it!!

Come on Professor elighten us more by more elaboration on the subject!

ps. I think you have got mixed up between relative (eg your cousin) and relativity theory..... They are not the same!

Yeah Heisenberg's Uncertainty principal states the more you are sure about your faith the less certain becomes the existence of God. On the flip side the less preaching you do the more certain becomes God's existence...

Another typical case of a Muslim 'bending' a scientific theory to make it fit with his beliefs. Khalid, if you don't understand the Equivalence Principle you better don't open your mouth. And if Heisenberg's Uncertainty Relation makes you scratch your ears, better be quiet. If, however you have a solution for Schroedinger's Cat we might be able to meet somewhere, supposed you are able to solve some of Einstein's Field Equations with 10 variables.

What has this got to do with bending space-time?

By mjamille28• 24 Nov 2009 07:39

why can't you just look at it as two opposing opinions and leave them be? not all Westerners agree on the same thing and the same goes with Easterners.. it's just the way it is,.. leave the relativity theory to Einstein..

By GodFather.• 24 Nov 2009 07:37
GodFather.

Cheating on your spouse, be it a wife or husband or even a g/f or b/f is considered bad in all cultures.

Give us another example Khalid?

Khalid nothing and nobody is universally considered good or bad. It depends on our perception of that thing or that person which makes it good or bad for us..

Never expect the whole world to agree with you.
