Qtel cannot make GSM Fax working
Subscribed GSM fax service 4 weeks back; their technicians couldn’t make this working yet.
Called too many times to their service desk, call was on hold for 30minutes each time, explained same stories again and again (Some helpdesk staff not aware they have this service) – but they are helping by assigning calls to engineers--"Your problem will be attended soon- INSHA ALLAH"……..But nothing is happening afterwards.
Visited Al Saad Qtel office and logged complaint and many subsequent visits, still it is in a loop and my faxing not working yet
I am out off words on Qtel service. Better to wait for Vodafone to have this service
Any comment on this please

DaRuDe,I couldnt find gsm fax machine in qatar, so configured fax through phone modem.
where can i get Nashua Tech device?
You need a Data Fax machine tooo.
I had taken data sim card for fax only -It is clearly their technical problem.
I had tried with communicator, HTC and even flash modem card.
not all fax machines will work.
I tried several fax machines and only found Nashua Tech from which i can send and get fax from. and i had the nokia communicator. are you sure you have a separate sim for fax. because you cant use your number for fax. Qtel will give you an other sim for fax.
